The rooms are spacious and clean. Shower was a bit slippery. The front desk was cashless and unable to provide change so I could pay the cleaners. Great location. The coffee was cold in the morning and afternoon.

Stayed for family visiting. The hotel restaurant was non-existent but the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It is a good location close to downtown Tarrytown with plenty of restaurants to select.

This hotel has the friendliest, most accommodating staff I've ever met. Everyone is kind and polite and goes out of his/her way to assist. Management should be very proud of the employees. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is simple and tasty. Only negative is the pool. The floor was incredibly slippery. Not sure why they chose a tile that would be so dangerous if it got wet. Great location.

Felt I had little choice but to stay here to visit Sleepy Hollow. Very expensive for what we received. The room was large and clean enough, so that suited me fine, although it felt very impersonal and could do with an update, and the staff were very professional and friendly. Free coffee was also a nice bonus (though it wasn’t that great quality). The biggest issue was the breakfast. We were there early and the hot selection was already congealed and looked revolting. Pre-packaged muffins were stale. It was, frankly, laughable to include ‘free’ breakfast as one of the supposed perks. Worst breakfast I have ever had anywhere. How hard is it to provide a decent selection of help-yourself items that aren’t out of date or stale? For the price, I wouldn’t stay again. I feel three stars is generous.

We have made a number of visits to the Hudson valley, and this SpringHill Suites is conveniently located for both NYC and the Hudson valley. The hotel is well managed - all the staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Comfortable & quiet. Access in & out to various highways is convenient. We're retirement age, so everything seems pricey to us, but it's probably typical for this area.

I was short on time to research hotel options in the Tarrytown area for a night. I chose this property and wish I hadn’t. Dated, beat up, somewhat dirty hotel room at an exorbitant price ($289 plus taxes and fees). The woman at the front desk who checked me in as pleasant and professional. I wouldn’t stay here again until the rooms were completely renovated and updated.
